A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 5PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Sunday from 3-5PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on November 26, 1991 in Flagstaff, Arizona, Ciro was the son of the late Ciro Silva and the late Maria Salazar. He was a proud and devoted father who also enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. Ciro dearly loved his fiancé, Starla and enjoyed the time spent with his best friend, Antonio Secrest. He was an excellent cook, and in his spare time enjoyed going fishing.
He is survived by his grandmother: Rosa Guereca; step mother: Graciela Rodrigues of Columbia; fiancé: Starla Austin of Columbia; daughter: Adalyn Silva; step daughter: Brooklyn Bullock; sisters: Jessica Silva of Columbia, Rosa Silva of Columbia, Cynthia Rodrigues of Columbia, Yuliza Rodrigues of Columbia; brother: Jose Rodrigues of Columbia; and nieces and nephews: Xavier Silva, Erica Parra, Maria Parra, Yahira Silva, and Xander Silva.
