Craig Neal Ethridge

Craig Neal Ethridge, age 62, a resident of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Craig was born on April 1, 1961, in Rogersville, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Bruce Lamar Ethridge and Anna Louise Clark Ethridge.  He was an Eagle Scout and a member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church.  He graduated from Samford University with a doctorate.  He worked as a pharmacist at Maury Regional Medical Center. He recently retired on his birthday after 21 years. Some of his hobbies included hunting, competitive archery, four-wheeling, camping, riding motorbikes, and reading.

He is survived by his sons, Nathaniel and Andrew Ethridge of Columbia; brother, Kirk (Gwen) Ethridge of Bulls Gap, TN; father and mother-in-law, Steve and Cindy Collins; mother of his children, Jennifer Collins Gray; and several nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers include the employees of the Maury Regional Medical Pharmacy, Scott Stewart, Somerset Slaughter, Anthony Elmore, Zane Kirkpatrick, Wayne Price (deceased), and Craig Kirkpatrick (deceased).

It was Craig’s wishes for there to be no services held.
