Daniel Joseph "Dj" Conroy

Daniel Joseph “DJ” Conroy, age 27, of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 29, 2023, due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Born on February 15, 1996, in Nashville, Tennessee, DJ was the beloved son of Daniel Wayne Conroy and Brandi McDonald. He was a 2014 graduate of Cane Ridge High School in Antioch. DJ’s passion for the outdoors led him to establish his own business, Amazing Grass Landscaping. Whether it was casting a line for fishing, honing his hunting skills, enjoying target practice, or simply spending leisurely days at the lake, DJ's love for nature was evident in everything he did. He was a member of the Selected First Motorcycle Club and a member of Church of the Advent.

DJ was known for his kindness, independence, and strong work ethic. He treasured the moments spent with his nephew, Carson, and the bond they shared was truly special. DJ's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

DJ is survived by his parents, Daniel Wayne Conroy and Brandi McDonald, his brother, Blake (Jessica) McDonald, his grandparents, Gregg & Lynn Conroy and Joe & Carolyn McDonald, and his beloved nephew, Carson McDonald. He is also remembered by his aunts and uncles, Troy (Casey) McDonald and Kim (Andy) Milliken, as well as his cousins, Peyton McDonald, Brandon (Rachel) Milliken, and Kylie Milliken.

A memorial service to celebrate DJ's life will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 4:30 PM at Church of the Advent, located at 5501 Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN. Prior to the service, a visitation will be held from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the church. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, TN is assisting the family with arrangements.
