Denise Adell Stewart

Denise Adell Stewart, age 61, resident of Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at her residence.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 22nd from 3-5pm at Heritage Funeral Home.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Denise was born August 13, 1960 in Davidson County and was the daughter of the late Andrew James Spain and the late Pauline Estes Spain.  She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed shopping.  Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She will be missed.

She is survived by her children, Scotty (Ashley) West of Columbia, Jeremy Spain of Nashville, and Jessica Spain of Columbia; brothers, Kenneth Spain (Lucy Duke) of Madison, Steven Rainey of Madison, Danny (Wanda) Spain of Hendersonville, and Michael Spain of Murfreesboro; sister, Donna (Spanky) Page of Lebanon; and grandchildren, Shayne West, Allisyn West, Thomas Spain, Cheyenne Spain, and Derek Spain.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Stewart and brother, Tommy Spain.
