Dennis Nelson of Desert Hot Springs, California

March 17, 1945 - December 10, 2020

Mr. Dennis Norvald Nelson, age 75, a resident of Desert Hot Springs, California, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Spring Hill, Tennessee surrounded by his family.

Dennis was born in Glendive Montana on March 17, 1945 to Norvald Jerome Nelson and Myrtle Nelson. Dennis is survived by his brothers Mel and Leroy Nelson, and his sister Elaine Nelson.  He is also survived by his son, Mike Nelson, and his daughter Cindy Nelson, and his best friend Eugenia Nelson, his ex-wife.  Dennis had seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.  His family could always count on him for a laugh, and his grandkids could always count on an endless amount of Candy Corn, Peanut M&Ms, Squirt, and Cream Soda.  He was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee is assisting the family with arrangements.
