Devyn N McCandless

Devyn N. McCandless, age 21, a resident of Columbia, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Vanderbilt Medical Center at 9:24AM.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Saturday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Devyn was born on April 22, 2003, in Maury County, Tennessee at Maury Regional Medical Center and was the son of Laura Davis.

Devyn truly loved being outdoors and was passionate about health and wellness. He was passionate about playing basketball and especially, passionate about spreading motivation on YouTube to family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Laura Davis, grandmother, Gail Kuck, brother, Mykah Secrest, brother, Devonta McCandless, sister, Alexas Nevette, Uncle Brandon & Aunt Sarah Kuck, Aunt Barbara Kennedy, Uncle John Hadda, and close cousins, Justin Fish, Ashley Springer and Anna Edmiston.
