Diane Paul

Mrs. Diane Paul, age 60, wife of Tim Paul, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 26, 2021, surrounded by her family at her residence.

A celebration of life service was held on Sunday, November 28 ^th at 10:30 am at Church at the Mount in Mt. Pleasant.  All three of her sons participated in the service.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Diane was born in South Bend, Indiana on March 18, 1961, and was the daughter of the late Hershel Heavener and the late Earline Noord Heavener.  She received an education in music at Oakland City University.  Diane was a member of Church at the Mount in Mt. Pleasant and loved her church family.  She adored animals and enjoyed refurbishing furniture.  Diane had a passion for music and sang with the Hoppers for many years.  She also taught many children in Maury County how to play the piano.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Tim Paul of Mt. Pleasant; sons, Landon (Ashley) Paul of Knoxville, Keaton (Destiny) Paul of Mt. Pleasant, and Houston (Hannah) Paul of Ethridge; brother, Alan (Lee Ann) Heavener of Jacksonville, AR; sister, Beverly (Glen) Taber of Little Rock, AR; and grandchildren, Weston, Keller, Braelynn, and Keasling Paul.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Weston Paul.
