Donna “Mo Mo” Collins, age 44, a resident of Columbia, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 at her residence.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 2PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Terry Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. A visitation will also be held on Saturday from 11AM-2PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on November 17, 1974 in Jackson, Michigan, Donna was the daughter of Phillip Putnam and the late Cindy Truitt Putnam. In her younger days she enjoyed singing and bowling. She was an avid supporter of her son and boyfriend who dirt track race many weekends. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her boyfriend, Elias Houck of Columbia; children: Derek Reynolds (Lindsey Tate) of Columbia, Austin (Lacey) Reynolds of Columbia, Katelynn Reynolds (Layton Stewart) of Mt. Pleasant, Deena (Dylan) Haile of Columbia, Christopher (Ellie) Houck of Spring Hill; and grandchildren: Cindy Reynolds, Kenley Reynolds, Dean Reynolds, Charleigh Houck, Autumn Houck, Braylynn Houck, Sophie, Matthew, and Ivory.

Pallbearers will be: Sha Houck, Jay Burns, Derek Reynolds, Austin Reynolds, Layton Stewart, and Gerry Scott.
