Dorothy Lynn Dial

Dorothy Lynn Dial, age 69, beloved wife of Andy Dial, and a resident of Santa Fe, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center. 

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Born on November 2, 1955, in Wayne, Michigan, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Walter Baker and the late Clamance Surmanian Baker. She married Andy Dial on April 29, 1984, and worked many years at First Tennessee Bank before retiring. In her later years, she found joy in serving as a substitute teacher at Santa Fe School. Dorothy had a passion for sewing and cooking and held a deep love for her cherished pets. Above all, she treasured her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Angela (Michael) Cates of Lyles, TN, brother, Bill (Elicia) Baker of Garden City, MI, and two grandchildren, Brayden Smith and Kaitlin Boyd.
