Dre’Veis Vasilio Hidalgo-Esmon, age 27, a resident of Franklin, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019 at his residence.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and again on Saturday from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Larry Pinkerton, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Peace in Maury Memorial Gardens. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on June 10, 1992 in Franklin, Dre’ was the son of William Donnell (Sylvia) Esmon, Jr. and Jennifer Hidalgo (Patrick) Russell. He was a 2011 graduate of Columbia Central High School and worked in the construction business. He loved fishing, writing, rapping and spending time with his friends. He enjoyed sports, especially baseball and football. Dre’ loved his family and was his siblings’ biggest fan.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Xavier Esmon, Tre’Jaden Fleming, Adrien Hidalgo, Kimora Esmon, Tae’Lem Russell, Takiya Russell, Mazzie Russell, Cash Cunningham; grandparents: Tina Bratton, Fernando Hidalgo, Janice Calvert, Lem Russell, Georgiana Hodge, Donnell Esmon, Sr., Frances Esmon; God-mothers: Hillary (Omar) Craig and Denise Covell; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Bratton.
