However, her deepest love was reserved for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Eva's faith was an essential part of her life, and she was a dedicated member of Liberty Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Wayne (Joanne) Pruitt of Columbia, daughter, Brenda (James) Glenn of Columbia, grandchildren, Melissa Glenn of Lewisburg, Brandon Pruitt of Alabama, Jennifer (Larry) Jennette of Columbia, Daniel (Jessica) Pruitt of Knoxville, great grandchildren, Walter Pruitt of Alabama, Cassidy Jennette of Columbia, Warren Pruitt of Alabama, Rheagan Jennette of Columbia, Adalyn Pruitt of Knoxville, and Lincoln Pruitt of Knoxville, and sisters in law, Mary Winn and Betty Pruitt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Vernon Pruitt on November 21, 2022, son, Marshall Glen Pruitt, and siblings, J.G. Winn, William Earl Winn, Thomas Winn, and Jo Ann Winn Lane.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Pruitt, Daniel Pruitt, Johnny Ray Winn, Gary Pruitt, Kerry Pruitt, and David Pruitt. Honorary pallbearers will include members of Liberty Baptist Church.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Richard Douglas Kennedy and the compassionate nurses and staff of Gentiva Hospice for their exceptional care of their beloved mother.
