Frederick Radon of Columbia, Tennessee

September 24, 1940 - July 20, 2020

Mr. Frederick Radon, age 79, a resident of Columbia and formerly of Boise, Idaho, passed away Monday, July 20, 2020 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

Graveside services for Mr. Radon will conducted 2:00 PM Monday, July 27 at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery with military honors provided by the US Air Force. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Born September 24, 1940 in Flint, MI., he was the son of the late Anthony and Annettia McManus Radon and husband of the late Dorothy Dewin Radon. He served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam Era and was a fabrication welder. In his spare time, he liked to hunt, fish and was a campground host in Idaho.

He is survived by his children: Dan Radon, Joe Radon, Barbara Kessell, Tina Checketts and Elaina Radon; siblings: Jim Radon, Ed Radon, Shirley Slayton and Marge Brown; step-siblings: Mike Williams and Terri Williams; grandchildren: Stanley McLenna, Richelle Kessell, Spencer Kessell and Quentin Robert.
