Graylin Eric Porter of Columbia, Tennessee

Mr. Graylin Eric Porter, age 60, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023, at his residence.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with his brother, William Porter officiating. A visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:30 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on August 23, 1962, in Columbia, Tennessee, Graylin was the son of Henry Allen Porter and the late Aurelia Johnson Spraggs. He served three years in the United States Army. He was a hard worker who enjoyed his job as a handyman. Graylin loved the outdoors and riding motorcycles.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his brothers, William (Freda) Porter of Madison, Al, Bryan (Thelma Mitchell) Porter of Smyrna, Tn, aunt, Julia Anderson of Columbia, Tn, Nieces Renee and Skye, and a host of cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Aurelia Johnson Spraggs.
