Jack Gardner III of Tennessee

Jack Davis Gardner III, age 45, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021.

A memorial service for Jack will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 28 in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Brian McDowell officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 at Heritage Funeral Home.

Born December 16, 1975 in Knoxville, he was the son of Jane Palmer Martineau and the late Jack Davis Gardner, Jr. He loved riding and working on motorcycles.

In addition to his mother, Jack is survived by his girl-friend: Rebecca Phillips of Columbia daughters: Madison Gayle Smith and Chloe Smith, both of Anderson County, Hope Kidd, Hollie Kidd and Hailey Kidd, all of Columbia; brothers: Joshua David (Tina) Gardner and Matthew Gardner; sisters: Amanda (Chris) Newman of Blount County; aunt: Jenny (Jim) Stanley of Ashville, NC; uncle: Bobby Gardner; step-mother: Terry Gardner of Blount County; special niece: Taylor Gardner. He was preceded in death by his father and grandmothers:  Virginia Palmer and Madge Murphy.
