James Austin Potts, Jr., age 20, a resident of Knob Creek Road in Columbia, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Thursday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on August 7, 2001, James was the son of Brandy Aslinger Suarez and James Austin Potts. He attended Santa Fe School and North Field Academy. He enjoyed fishing and playing video games.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Miguel Suarez of Columbia and sisters, Jana Fortune, Ruby Suarez, and Prisma Potts.
