Jeffery D Moore of Columbia, Tennessee

January 3, 1967 - February 8, 2024

Jeffery D. Moore, age 57, a resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday, February 8, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A funeral service for Jeffery will be held on Friday, February 16, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Marcus Duke officiating. A visitation with the family will also be held on Friday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born January 3, 1967, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, Jeffery was the son of Rebecca Moore and the late Edward Jordan Braden. Jeffrey worked at the Academy Hotel in various positions and as a guard. He loved basketball, talking to everyone he knew and was crazy about children and pets.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers: Roderick Green of Columbia and Jason Whitaker of Gulfport, MS; his sister: Evelyn Braden White of Ardmore, TN.
