Jeffrey Fielding Woody

Jeffrey Fielding Woody, age 19, and a resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rick Points officiating. A visitation will also be held on Monday from 3:00 – 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on November 3, 2002, in Columbia, Tennessee, Jeffrey was the son of Jessica and David Foster. He loved school and enjoyed watching movies, playing Challenger baseball and bowling, and flirting with girls. He was a sweet, funny, and happy person whose smile and laugh could light up any room.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Briley Foster and Weston Foster both of Columbia, grandparents, Jane Woody of Columbia, Linda Dolan of Columbia, Ray & Donna Foster of Shelbyville, Judy Foster of Columbia, great grandmother, Allison Woody of Columbia, aunts and uncles, Lynda Jane Woody, Terry Lee Chambers, Ariel Brown, James Ira Chambers, April (Kenneth) Potts, Corey (Kim) Hay, Stephen (Jessica) Crain, and best friend, Quent Mizer.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Blair Foster and great grandparents, Curtis & Mary Chambers.

Honorary pallbearers will include, the Rhodes family, Arlene Lugo, the faculty and staff of Spring Hill Elementary School and Spring Hill Middle School, his doctors and therapists who made his life on earth more fun, and the doctors and nurses at Maury Regional Medical Center 5 ^th floor ICU who made his journey to Heaven much easier.
