Jerry Granville Loper of Columbia, Tennessee

Jerry Granville Loper, age 72, a resident of Culleoka, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born December 16, 1948 in Ft. Benning, GA., he was the son of the late CSM Lesco Granville Loper and Catherine Holt Loper. Jerry served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He owned a taxi and day-excursion service in Panama City, Florida, and managed Carmike Cinemas. His hobbies were scuba diving, river rafting, fishing, camping and hiking. A real outdoorsman.

Jerry is survived by his daughters: Asheley Loper of Culleoka, Tennessee and Olivia Loper of Bend, Oregon; sister: Sandy (Al) Henson of Culleoka; brother: Mike Loper of Suwanee, Georgia.
