Joann Davis

JoAnn Davis, age 83, a resident of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, passed away Monday morning, August 29, 2022, at her residence.

Born on February 4, 1939, in Atlanta, Georgia, JoAnn was the daughter of the late Foster L. Burnette and the late Annie Lucille Mays Burnette. She was an avid reader who loved butterflies.

She is survived by her children, Ronnie Summers of Georgia, Randy (Debbie) Summers of Georgia, Ricky (Shelli) Summers of Georgia, Robin Summers Maxwell of Chapel Hill, TN, Renee Summers (Gene) Ferguson of Chapel Hill, TN, special niece, Roxanne Pruitt, seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Long.

The family will hold a service in Georgia at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, TN is assisting the family with arrangements.
