Judy Faye Baker

Judy Faye Baker, age 68, a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday morning, August 4, 2023, at NHC Columbia.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Curtis Baker officiating. A visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 4:00 – 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on October 2, 1954, in Columbia, Judy was the daughter of the late James Estes, Sr. and the late Betty Lou Brady Estes and was a graduate of Culleoka High School. Judy did a lot of things throughout her life, including, driving a dump truck, fixing hair, and being a caretaker. She loved to cook and feed others. Judy enjoyed playing Bingo and drinking coffee, but above all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Tiffany (Clarence) Ford of Columbia, TN, Eric (Alexis) Baker of Baltimore, MD, Marcus (Jessica) Baker of Culleoka, TN, brother, James (Charlsie) Estes, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, TN, sisters, Brenda (Ted) Roop of Mt. Pleasant, Sarah Bridwell of Louisiana, Barbara (Joey) Craighead of Lebanon, and grandchildren, Savanah, Kaileigh, Skylyn, Zayden, Reagan, Zamariyon, Taylin, and Keaton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandchild, Zamere.
