Kaganovich Qua'Shon Germany

July 29, 1998 — October 31, 2022

Kaganovich Qua’Shon Germany was born July 29, 1998 to Kaganovich Germany and Shannica Frierson in Columbia, Tennessee.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Novie, as he was known, was raised throughout Columbia, Tennessee and Nashville, Tennessee where he was also educated.  He later moved to Detroit, Michigan where he proudly graduated from Ecorse High School in Ecorse, Michigan, Class of 2016.

Novie loved to play basketball and watch sports.  He enjoyed nice cars and spending time with his family and friends.  Most of all, Novie loved to talk!  He was a great debater and could discuss his plans and goals for hours in his unique, speed talking way.  When he wasn’t making conversation, he was eating!  He looked forward to coming home to Tennessee and having home cooked meals and desserts from his Nana and Aunt Neshia or anyone else that was willing to rattle some pots and pans for him.

Novie departed this life on October 31, 2022 at the age of twenty-four.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Delphine Dawson and maternal great-grandmother, Ruthie Mai Atkisson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Shannica Frierson and father, Kaganovich Germany; brother, Jermayvon Frierson; sisters, NaDaja Frierson and Khylenna Germany; niece, Kailani Ann Frierson; grandparents, LaVelle (Frank) Walker, James (Andrea) Frierson, Kaganovich Germany Sr.; great-grandmother, Shirley Walker; aunts and uncles, Daneshia Walker, Australia Dawson, Nakia Crutcher, Derrick (Tamara) Crutcher, Jermychael Frierson, Toshiro Germany, Byron Germany, and Melvin “Uncle Mel” Conway.

Because Novie was loved by so many, he had several extended family members including: aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, cousins, and friends.  He loved each of you dearly and we are grateful he had you to call family!
