Kelley Michelle Love Turrentine

Kelley Michelle Love Turrentine, age 47, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A funeral service to honor Kelley’s life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Ward Jones officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery. A visitation will also be held on Saturday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on April 6, 1977, in Columbia, Tennessee, Kelley was the cherished daughter of Bobby Dean Love and Anita Fay Vick (Jason Paul) Kennedy. She was a 1995 graduate of Columbia Central High School and furthered her education, earning an associate degree from Columbia State Community College. Known for her diligent work ethic, Kelley dedicated herself to her work at Stan’s Restaurant for several years and many years as the manager at Legends. She found joy in working puzzles, reading, playing computer games, and practicing calligraphy. Kelley took pride in her appearance and loved curling and styling her hair to always look nice. Her maiden name, Love, truly epitomized her capacity for deep and enduring affection, leaving an lasting mark on those fortunate enough to know and love her.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Darius (Shelby) Turrentine of Columbia, daughter, Essence Turrentine of Columbia, brothers, RJ (Emily) Nolen, Jeffery Kennedy, Tyler Love, sisters, Tiffany Love, Tabitha Love, Chassity Love, Mya Kennedy, Honey Dennis, grandson, Simon Turrentine, grandmother, Annie Fay Cunningham, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Robbie Love, grandparents, Ruth Love, Martha Hodges, Joe Vick, Jack Cunningham, and great grandmother, Grandma Baker.

Those proudly serving as pallbearers will be Darius Turrentine, RJ Nolen, Tre’Vonn Love, Tai’Vion Love, Meanna McKissack, and Sam Greer.
