Lana Hope Stacks

Lana Hope Stacks, age 57, resident of Bon Aqua, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at her residence.

Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Lana was born in Valdese, North Carolina on March 3, 1967, and was the daughter of the late Herbert Kester Sanford and the late Helen Caldwell Baker.  She enjoyed going to auctions and antique car shows.  Her and her dog, Betty Boop, were inseparable.  She was loved by many who will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her companion of 17 years, Jay Morris; sons, Bily Joe Crowe (Chelsey Rae Flynn), Jerry Stacks, and Chris Stacks; Jay’s daughter, Brittany Nicolee Morris; brother, Frankie Sanford; sister, Tina Swanson; grandchildren, Leanna Hope Crowe, Joleen Rae Crowe, and Houston Herbert Crowe; and many cousins.
