Lena Monnie Crevier Taylor, age 90, a resident of Culleoka, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday morning, January 16, 2025, at her residence, with family by her side.
Born on September 2, 1934, in Wichita, Kansas, Lena was the daughter of the late Francis Crevier and the late Lucille Mallett Crevier.
Lena was a gifted artist whose love for painting was a reflection of her vibrant spirit and creativity. She loved the beauty of nature and the tranquility of the outdoors, spending countless time in her flower garden and admiring the delicate beauty of the hummingbirds and butterflies.
A social butterfly by nature, Lena had a zest for life that was evident in everything she did. She enjoyed bowling and playing softball. She also loved traveling, exploring new places, and embracing the adventures life had to offer.
Lena was known for her servant's heart, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer comforting words. Her love for her family was boundless, and she cherished the moments spent with them above all else.
She is survived by her former husband and father of her children, Noah Taylor, Sr., sons, Noah Taylor, Jr., Kenneth (Tami) Taylor, Billy (Patti) Taylor, daughter, Joni Taylor, grandchildren, Keisha (Carlos) McGlon, Kelly Phillips, Chad (Vanessa) Taylor, Cory (Christie) Taylor, Jarod (Cate) Halpain, Jeni (Matthew) Pillow, Jeremiah (Simone) Taylor, Natali (Ben) Hanna, Mariah (Shane) Steele, Savannah (Steven) Robertson, Tarrah (Shawn) Lee, Ryan Taylor, Josh (Anna) Taylor, and twenty great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Kelly, A.V. Crevier, Spencer Crevier, Milton Crevier, sisters, Josephine Crevier, and Mary Emaline Crevier.
