Linda Ann Knox

Linda Ann Knox, 73, resident of Columbia, passed away on Saturday April 20, 2024 at her home.

A Celebration of Life with friends will be held on Thursday, April 25 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born October 4, 1950 in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Buck and Lenora Norman Pinkelton. Linda worked in sales and marketing for The Daily Herald and the Middle TN Shopper and loved to do gardening.

She is survived by her children: Tammi (Timothy) Thompson of Murfreesboro, Terri (Kerry) Dickens of Culleoka and Michael (Amanda) Orr of Chapel Hill; sister: Kaye Carol of Columbia; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; special friends: Lee Gray, Bobby Knox, Doug Orr and all the Piggies. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Larry Pinkelton and Michael Pinkelton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
