Linda Ilene Prater

Linda Ilene Larson Prater, age 64, wife of Jerry Prater, and a resident of Duck River, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023.

Born on October 27, 1959, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Linda was the daughter of the late Chester Aaron Larson and the late Freida Lossee Larson. She loved to cook, decorate cakes, and was a wonderful artist and painter. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Jerry of forty-three years, she is survived by her daughters, Heather Danielle Hendry of Columbia, TN, Amber Lynn (Michael) Cooper of Duck River, TN, son, William Lawrence Prater, brother, Calvin (Micky) Larson of Missouri, sister, Rachal Townsend of Columbia, TN, grandchildren, Tayler Gill, Ashlyn Hendry, Blaine Hendry, Anita Dawn Prater, Sierra Cooper, Rylee Cooper, Ava Cooper, Ireland Cooper, Crowder Prater, great grandchildren, Kaiston Armstrong, and niece, Keely Witherspoon.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Robyn Lenore Prater Mayton and son in law, Benjamin Hendry.
