Mary Fleeman of Springfield, Tennessee

December 14, 1946 - September 21, 2023

Mary K. Fleeman, 76, resident of Springfield and formerly of Lawrence County, passed away Thursday, September 21 at NHC/Springfield.

A celebration of life for Mrs. Fleeman will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 7 at Summertown Baptist Church. Heritage Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of arrangements.

Born December 14, 1946, she was the daughter of the late William and Lillian Dyar King and wife of the late Jack Fleeman. She earned her degrees from Trevecca Nazarene College and Columbia State. She retired as the Executive Director for the Maury County Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her son: Larry (Patsy) Fleeman of Springfield; her daughter: Lisa (Don) Boshers of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren: Emily (Kai) Starmer, Michelle Boshers and Eli Fleeman; great grandchildren: Hayden Boshers, McKinley Boshers, James Starmer; sisters: Faye Painter of Tullahoma and Sue Parsons of Pulaski: several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister: Glenda Griffin.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Alzheimer Research or the Summertown Baptist Church fund.
