Onyx Zy'Air Lacy

Onyx Zy’air Lacy, who was born on April 13, 2022, to his parents, Chauncey Pierce, Jr. and Semone Lacy, went to be in the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Wednesday from 2:00 – 3:00PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Nykaria Lacy Pierce, Samarah Pierce, brothers, Machias Pierce, Elijah Lacy, Phoenix Pierce, grandparents, Darticia Lacy, Typhane (Michael) Johnson, Chauncey Pierce, Sr., great grandparents, Rosalyn Towns, Beatrice Pierce, Clifton (Carolyn “CJ”) Pierce, JoAnn Lacy, Sgt. Major Henry Johnson, devoted aunts, Ysha Lacy, Deborah Primm, devoted great aunt, Willie Mai Armstrong, aunts and uncles, Seth Lacy, Marquis Johnson, Khen-neth Halums, Kiyah Pierce, Treyvon Pierce, Deion Wilson, Godmother, Michaela Henry, and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Timothy Lacy, grandmother, Phyllis Pierce, and great grandparents, Freddie Towns, Leroy Lacy, and Juanita Johnson.
