Mr. Paul Craig McNabb, age 55, a resident of Iron City, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his family.
The family will celebrate his life with a private service at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on November 23, 1965, in Columbia, Craig was the son the late Paul Edwin McNabb and the late Grace Jackson McNabb. He worked many years as a truck driver. He enjoyed old cars and traveling, but his biggest hobby was fishing. He was an excellent cook who loved enjoying a good meal, especially fried chicken and apple pie. He was an avid Alabama football fan who above all, loved his family, but most importantly, his grandchildren.
He is survived by his long-time companion, Melissa Bates of Iron City, son, Jonathan McNabb of Mt. Pleasant, daughter, Jessica McNabb of Mt. Pleasant, stepsons, Blaine Bates of Loretto, Alex (Stacey) Bates of Iron City, siblings, Charlotte Himes of Hampshire, Edwin (Patty) McNabb of Leoma, Connie (Randy) Hanson of Lewisburg, six grandsons, three granddaughters, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Haville Himes.
