Penelope Denise Boyd

Penelope Denise Boyd, age 61, a resident of Culleoka, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at her residence.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Penelope was born on December 14, 1962, in Mobile, Alabama.  Penelope's interests brought her immense joy. She found great pleasure in sewing, spending time outdoors surrounded by nature, and tending to her beloved flower and vegetable gardens. Her green thumb and creative spirit were evident in the beauty she cultivated both indoors and out. One of Penelope's favorite pastimes was watching "The Price is Right," a show that brought her many hours of entertainment and delight.  Above all, Penelope's love for her family was unwavering and unconditional.

Penelope is survived by her daughter, Janelle Harvey of Culleoka; son, Christopher Williams of Mobile, Alabama; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Lovett, Eddie Lovett and Michael Lovett; and sister, Winnie Lovett.
