Phylis Mae Waldrop

Phylis Mae Waldrop, age 80, resident of Lynnville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024. at her residence.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on December 15, 1943, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Phylis was the daughter of the Jesse Mae Cesna.

She grew up in Kansas and was one of seventeen children.  She was married to Jimmy Wayne Waldrop for 59 years.   Phylis spent time in Germany as a young wife, where she had a son and daughter.  Phylis enjoyed spending time with animals, especially donkeys.  She very much enjoyed being a farmer. She was a very spirited person.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Brinda (Rich) Sandfort of Kentucky, Johnny (Sara) Waldrop of Alabama, David (Sherry) Waldrop of Tennessee, and Jessica (Paige Parish) Waldrop of Murfreesboro.
