Randal Jay Wilson

Randal Jay Wilson, age 58, a resident of Martin, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Maury Memorial Gardens.  The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 2:30 PM until the 4:00 PM service hour at the funeral home.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Randal was born November 2, 1962 in Memphis and was the son of the late Billy Jay Wilson and Karen Muffley Wilson. He was of the Christian Faith and loved reading his Bible.   He received his master’s degree at East Tennessee State University.  Randal enjoyed traveling the world and was an avid New York Yankees fan.  Most of all he enjoyed being a granddaddy and spoiling his grandsons.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Along with his mother, Randal is survived by his wife, Natasha Wilson; son, Jacob Wilson of Johnson City, TN; daughter, Molly Wilson (Jonathan) Darocha of Mountain City, TN; brother, Richard (Sheila) Wilson of Spring Hill, TN; and grandchildren, Blake Aaron Darocha and Anthony Jay Darocha.

Along with his father he was preceded in death by his daughter, Gabrielle Wilson; and granddaughter, Lucy Darocha.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Darocha, Jim Wright, Larry Livingston, Jon Wright, and Ethan Wilson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Savory, Rick Bright, and Eddy Phillips.
