Randell K. Lovell

Mr. Randell Kingsley Lovell, age 64, a resident of Lewisburg, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on November 7, 1956 in Columbia, Randell was the son of Jimmy and Joyce Logue Lovell. He was a 1975 graduate of Columbia Central High School and worked many years as a lineman and foreman, most recently for Elliot Electrical Contractors. A great sense of humor, Randell never met a stranger and was always cutting up with others. Above all, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Valerie (Chad Gifford) Lovell of Culleoka; son, Ethan (Jessica Galloway) Lovell of Pulaski; siblings: Ricky (Deborah Fitzgerald) Lovell of Columbia, Donnie (Gaye) Lovell of Columbia, Sherrie (Jimmy) Campbell of Columbia, Kenny (Dana) Lovell of Columbia; grandchildren: Kylie Gifford, Karlie Gifford, Kelly Ann Lovell; and special friend, Melodie Reed.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ivy Renae Lovell on November 24, 2018 and sister, Susie Lovell.

Pallbearers will be: Bradley Thomas, David Ring, Jason Lovell, Chevy White, Todd Westmoreland, and Cody Campbell. Honorary pallbearers will include his coworkers at Elliot Electrical Contractors.
