Randy Howell

Mr. Randy Howell, age 66, husband of Rhonda Ellis Howell, and a resident of Spring Hill, left his earthly home to be in his eternal home on Thursday, January 7, 2021.

A private family graveside service will take place at Maury Memorial Gardens.  A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Columbia.  Pastor Mike Dawson and Pastor Rick Elsey will officiate both services. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on December 24, 1954 in Columbia, Randy was the son of the late James Isaac Howell and the late Betty Ann Linville Howell. He was a member of West End Baptist Church where he served as the worship leader. Randy was very musically talented, playing the piano, guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, and banjo, but his favorite of all was singing. He was a big people person and an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda of nearly thirty years; sons: Randy (Lyndsey) Howell, II of Chapel Hill, Adam Howell of Dickson; daughter, Leslie Nicole (Rob) Milner of Mt. Juliet; sister, Letha Ann (Glenn) King of Lawrenceburg; grandchildren: Rheagan Tabor, Randy Howell, III, Ben Howell, Cheali Howell, Hunter Howell, Will Milner, Avery Milner, Aidan Bonnet, and Samantha Bonnet; brothers in law: Phillip (Sandra) Ellis, Danny (Shelia) Ellis and several nieces and nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Pallbearers will be: Casey Weber, Todd Dalton, Dawson Gorman, Scott Howell, David Howell, and Chris Grissom.
