Randy Eugene Patraw of Hampshire, Tennessee

March 25, 1952 - December 27, 2019

Randy Eugene Patraw, age 67, died peacefully at home in the presence of his daughters and grandchildren after a long battle with cancer.

Randy was born on March 25, 1952 in Massena, NY to Neal and Lois Patraw. He worked as a technician for General Motors and retired after 35 years of service.

Randy loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, golfer, and woodworker. He spent his retired years enjoying those things with his friends and loved ones.  He was known for his quick wit, impeccable work ethic, and love for his family.

Randy is survived by the mother of his children, Janalynn Patraw; two daughters, Jennifer Hunt and her husband Timothy Hunt of Watertown, NY, and Heather McKiel of Spring Hill, TN; six grandchildren: Chantelle Hamlin and her husband Josh Hamlin, Lauren Hampton and her husband Kyle Hampton, Kelsey Bly and her husband Tyler Bly, Zachary Hunt, Keely Blanchard, and Hailey Hunt; seven great-grandchildren; his father Neal Patraw, brother Jimmy Patraw, and three sisters, Cindy Pare, Sue Hopkins, and Teri Patraw.

A celebration of his life was held on Saturday, December 28, 2019, in Hampshire, TN. No funeral will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cancer Research Institute. https://fundraise.cancerresearch.org/fundraiser/2544581
