Robert Merrill Valentine of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee

October 23, 1955 - April 25, 2021

Robert Merrill Valentine, age 65, resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Sunday, April 25 ^th at his home.

Private celebration of his life will be held later. Heritage Funeral Home of Columbia is assisting the family with services.

Born October 23, 1955 in Lawrenceburg, he was the son of the late Robert and Martha Ellen Waldrop Valentine. Robert worked as a driver for Valentine Trucking and he liked fishing and gardening. He loved his dog, Sheba.

He is survived by his daughter: Regina Beth Valentine of Nashville; sisters: Karen Alese (Dennis) Willis of Lawrenceburg and Marna Danette (Bob) Winkler of Stafford, TX; a granddaughter and a great grandson. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Kevin Dale Valentine and Darrell Phagon Valentine.

The family like to thank Unity Hospice for his care and appreciate the many friends that came to visit or brought food during Robert’s illness.
