Robin Leigh Dorman Keto

Robin Leigh Dorman Keto, age 63, beloved wife of Sam Keto, and a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024, at NHC Maury Regional Transitional Care Center.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Kenny Anderson officiating. A visitation will also be held on Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on April 7, 1961, in Nashville, Tennessee, Robin was the daughter of Ann Elliott Dorman and the late Ned Dorman. She was a 1979 graduate of Columbia Central High School and continued her education at trade school to become a hairdresser. She worked at several salons in Memphis and Clique’s Hair Salon in Columbia. She married Sam Keto on August 5, 1995, and was of the Baptist faith. Robin had a passion for gardening and took great joy in caring for her flowers. She had a special love for her pets and was known for her bubbly personality, beautiful smile, and infectious laugh.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her children, Jason (Ashley) Stanley of Omaha, Nebraska, Brian (Melinda) Keto of Asheville, NC, Tatiana Ylvisaker of Columbia, TN, Jarred Keto of Columbia, TN, Chris (Amanda) McDaniels of Columbia, TN, siblings, Steve Dorman of Colorado, Dale (Babs) Dorman of Mt. Juliet, TN, Rita (Ronnie) Pigg of Cornersville, TN, eight grandchildren, special friend, Martha (Steve) Meservy, and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents.
