Ronald Allen Kincaid, age 71, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at VA Hospital in Nashville.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 7th at 1:00 PM at Maury Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with military honors provided by the United States Army. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Ron was born August 6, 1950 in Wyandotte, Michigan and was the son the late Ivie Kincaid and the late Zelma Rochelle Kincaid. He attended Central High School and worked as a supervisor for Superior Essex. He served our country in the United States Army and fought in Vietnam War. In his earlier years Ron enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, bowling, and cars. He liked to watch auctions on TV. His family and friends will miss him dearly.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Cynthia Rhodes Kincaid of Columbia; daughter, Mindy Kincaid of Flat Rock, MI; sister, Brenda (Wayne) Romesburg of Columbia; mother-in-law, Gloria Rhodes of Killen, AL; stepbrother, Emory (Gail) Kincaid of Nashville; sister-in-law, Jackie (David) Hankins; brother-in-law, Ricky (Jalene) Rhodes; and special cousins, Eddie (Sally) Humphrey, Stan (Diane) Humphrey, Diana (Jim) Atkinson, Roxanne (Gary) Howell, and Rita (Steve) Parks.
Along with his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his aunts, Dorothy (Odell) Humphrey and Alma (Harold) Shehane.
Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Collins, Bobby Prentice, and the Employees of Superior Essex.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association 1818 Patterson Street Nashville, TN 37203 or The Disabled American Veterans, 8 Public Square Suite 801 Columbia, TN 38401.
