Ruby Osborn of Columbia, Tennessee

Ruby Faye Osborn, age 68, a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg.

The family will celebrate her life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on February 27, 1952 in Lawrence County, Ruby was the daughter of the late Odis Staggs and the late Mabel Flippo Staggs. She worked many years for Dyna-Pac Corporation in Lawrenceburg and was a member of Liberty Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. She previously enjoyed going to the river and camping.

She is survived by her sons: Danny Minor and Dewayne Minor both of Lawrenceburg; brothers: Odie (Barbara) Staggs of Lawrenceburg, Grady (Pat) Staggs of Decatur, Harold Staggs of Lawrenceburg, Dennis (Margie) Staggs of Lawrenceburg; one grandchild: Abby (Devan) Whitehouse of Smyrna; several nieces and nephews; and two special friends: Mary Henn and Joan Kerr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Hazel Strantz, Gracy Green, Anna Lopp, Edith Thomas, and George Staggs.
