Russell Keith “Rip” Tuck, age 73, a resident of Cornersville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
He was born March 16, 1951, in Warren County, Kentucky and was the son of the late R.O. Tuck and Jesse Mardell Burns Tuck. At an early age, he learned the autobody trade and quickly became known as “one hell of a bodyman” around the same time he found a love for the Harley Davidson as he would say, “That’s the only kind they make.” Through these motorcycles he found the love, respect, and loyalty of a group of brothers that would remain strong for nearly sixty years. The passion that he held for these bikes and his ability to build almost anything has lit a spark in his children and grandchildren who plan to keep them running for years to come. Rip was a strong, tough man who loved a good time and lived life on his terms. He will be missed by many.
He is survived by his son Trevor (Frances) Tuck of Santa Fe, TN, daughter, Tina “Missy” (Brian) Roche of Bowling Green, KY, brother Lenny Tuck of Bowling Green, KY, and grandchildren Gabrielle Larios, John Russell Tuck, and David Tuck
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, G.M. Tuck.
It was his wish that there be no public service, however the family will be planning a memorial ride to be announced later in the spring. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
