Sammy Jo Buchner

Sammy Jo Buchner, age 37, a resident of Lynnville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 19, 2021 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 24 ^th at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Eric Redd officiating celebrating the life of Sammy and her sister, Sara.  The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 3:00 PM until the 4:00 PM service hour.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Sammy Jo was born in Fort Brag, North Carolina on December 31, 1983.  She graduated from Culleoka High School in 2002.  She was a wonderful artist and loved to draw, color, and paint.  She also enjoyed making jewelry.

Sammy Jo is survived by her husband: Matthew Chaviers of Lynnville; father: William (Donna) Wylie of Columbia; mother: Michelle Krieg of New Bern, North Carolina and Carl Krieg, III of Lynnville; and Eddie Prince of Mt. Pleasant; sons: Ethan Buchner of North Carolina and Jacob Buchner of Santa Fe; step children: Gage Chaviers and Joshua Chaviers; brothers: Mitch (Kristina) Wylie of Mississippi, Carl Krieg, IIII (Bonnie) of Summertown; sisters: Heather (Curtis) Lemay of Pulaski, Kristen “Ashley” White (Gene) of North Carolina, and Kaitlyn Krieg of Lewisburg; step brother: Chad Prince; grandparents: Donna Murphy of North Carolina and Carolyn Wylie of Columbia, TN; aunt: Sherry Thompson of North Carolina; and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Roger Cannon and Mark Wylie.
