Samuel W. Fisher, Jr.

Mr. Samuel Washington Fisher, Jr., age 80, resident of Spring Hill, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at his residence.

Samuel was born October 3, 1943, in Franklin, Tennessee and was the son of the late Samuel Washington Fisher, Sr. and the late Evelyn Northern Fisher Boylin.  He graduated from Hume Fogg High School and was very good at basketball.  He owned and operated Catalina Auto Sales in Nashville for over 25 years.  Samuel was a Christian man that loved his family and was a very giving person.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sara Jane Farmer Fisher; daughter, Dana Wedaman of Spring Hill; sisters, Virgina Pewitt of Nashville, Carolyn Johnson of Nashville, and Marion Ford of Louisianna; grandchildren, Keaton Wedaman, Preston Wedaman, and Zane Stowe.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Gail Fisher and sister, Jane Hill.
