Sharon "Shari" Evans

Sharon Lorraine “Shari” Evans, 59, resident of Columbia, passed away on Sunday, February 14 at her home.

Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born November 18, 1961 in Normandy, MO, she was the daughter of the late Ivan and Ruth Logan Lee and the wife of John Evans.

Shari worked as a hostess and waitress for Mamma Mila’s and Marcy Jo’s. She loved God with all of her heart and showed it in her life with everyone and anyone that she met. She was a LIGHT in this world. She didn’t know a stranger and made every person who came in contact with her feel like she’s known them forever. She was a great wife, a loving mother and an unbelievable Grammy to her 4 grandkids. She showed her family and everyone that she came in contact with the love of Christ. We will miss you and can’t wait to see you again in heaven.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son: Joshua Evans of Spring Hill; her daughter: Jessica Johnson of Columbia; grandchildren: Koda, Boston, Riglee and Harlow. Brothers: Greg Lee and Mike LaForce.
