Sherian Mae Scott

Sherian Mae Scott, age 80, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Born on July 13, 1943, in Davenport, Iowa, Sherian was the daughter of the late Elmer Scott and the late Betty Joann Williams Scott. In her younger years, she found immense joy in owning and operating both a craft shop and an interior design shop. She was an avid reader who relished a quiet and reflective life.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Dana (Allen) Osborne of Summertown, Tennessee, Greta (Robert) Wren of Fountain Hills, Arizona, brothers, David (Linda) Scott, Thomas (Cathy) Scott, grandchildren, Wade (Lauren) Willis, Weston Willis, Angela Osborne, Ryan Wren, Kaylee Wren (Ben) Edson, Dillon Reid, great grandchildren, Connor, Westbrook, Elena, cousins, Linda Walton, Micki Gaertner, Betty Jo Gillespie, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald Scott and Richard Scott, and aunt, Bonnie Nelson.

The family will celebrate her life privately. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, Tennessee, is assisting the family with arrangements.
