Shirley Jean Deschamps

Shirley Jean Deschamps, age 71, a resident of Columbia, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Born on January 8, 1950, in South Holland, Illinois, Shirley was the daughter of the late William & Virginia Mossman and the late Agatha Wright Mossman. She was a kind and generous woman who was a devoted member of the Beta Sigma Phi. She loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Nick (Mellissa) Deschamps of Columbia, TN, daughter, Angela (Daniel) Wald of Columbia, TN, brothers, Mike (Debbie) Mossman of Illinois, John (Cris) Mossman of Kentucky, sister, Pam (Jim) Murphy of Kentucky, grandchildren, Kacen Deschamps, Karter Deschamps, Lisa Wald, Christopher Wald.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Leo Deschamps and children, Aggie, John, and Christopher.
