Tanner Jacob Mellor

Tanner Jacob Mellor, age 25, a resident of Duck River Tennessee passed away Friday, December 11, 2020 at his residence.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 5:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Steven Morgan officiating. A visitation will also be held on Wednesday from 4:00 - 5:00 PM at the funeral home.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on September 25, 1995 in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tanner is the son of Patrick & Sharlynn Mellor.  He is a 2014 graduate of Metea Valley High School in Illinois, attended Columbia State Community College and earned his bachelor’s degree from Belmont University in 2018.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers: Christopher (Megan) Mellor of St. Louis, Missouri, Connor Mellor of Franklin, Tennessee; grandparents: Jim & Juanita Nicolls of St Louis, Missouri, Sharry & James Kell of St. Louis, Missouri, Pat & Kay Mellor of Crystal City, Missouri; nieces and nephews: Mason, Ezra, Olivia, and Everett Mellor, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Tanner is the Godfather of his niece, Olivia.
