Thomas Gerard Bradley, age 70, resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, August 27 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin.
A celebration of Tom’s life will be held Sunday, September 5 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at The Boondox, 3543 Hwy. 431 in Columbia, TN. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born August 28, 1950 in Toledo, OH, he was the son of the late Gerard T. and Elizabeth Seymour Bradley and husband of Linda Nolle Bradley. Tom was a locomotive engineer with New Jersey Transit and he served in the New Jersey National Guard. He was a big-hearted person who was a friend to all.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: Christopher (Shannon) Bradley of Spring Hill and Thomas Bradley, Jr. of Columbia; daughters: Elizabeth (Edgar) Pino of Parrish, FL and Heather (Jacob) Jones of Murfreesboro; brothers: Richard Bradley of Port Clinton, OH and John Bradley of Sandusky, OH; sisters: Laura (Curtis) Cope of Lancaster, OH and Anna Annese of Mason, OH; grandchildren: Carter, Ceyenna, Aubrey, Julian and Grayson; his beloved dog: Nitro. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother: Michael Bradley; a sister: Sue Ann Post; and Jackie Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or your local animal shelter.
