Timothy Lee Chunn

Timothy Lee Chunn, age 48, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020 at Williamson Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Monday at 2PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rick Points officiating. A visitation will also be held on Monday from 12-2PM at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Hardison Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on February 18, 1972 in Maury County, Timothy was the son of Betty Holder Malabe and the late Joe Lee Chunn. He was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School and worked as a supervisor at APCOM. A true outdoorsman, Timothy enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a very compassionate and hardworking man who genuinely loved his family.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Zachary (Angel) Chunn of Alabama; daughter: Jessica (Chris) Clegg of Culleoka, Heather Chunn of Lawrenceburg; brother, Andy Chunn of Mt. Pleasant, fiancé, Teresa Wilson; eleven grandchildren; and extended family: Xaelynn Burlison and Leelyn Wilson.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rita Renee Chunn.
