Timothy Small

Timothy Raymond Small, age 61, husband of Gail Small, and a resident of Spring Hill, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at his residence.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 19 ^th at 3:00pm at Heritage Funeral Home with Clint Bassham officiating.  Entombment will follow in Maury Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.  The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 1:00pm until the 3:00pm service at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Timothy was born October 28, 1959 in Lancing, Michigan and was the son of the late Roger Small and the late Mary Lily Small.  He worked for General Motors in assembly and served as pastor for the last year at Faith Baptist Church in Parsons, Tennessee.  Timothy was filled with love for the Lord always wanting to preach, teach, and win souls.  He had bowled since he was eight years old and also liked to play golf when time permitted.  He also enjoyed going out to eat and was an avid Alabama fan.  Most of all he loved his family.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Along with his wife, Gail Barnett Small of Spring Hill, he is survived by his children: John (Courtney) Delano of Pulaski, Timmy (Sandy) Small of Columbia, Jonathan Small of Michigan, Pete (Candi) Small of Kentucky, Joe (Serena) Small of Columbia, Krissy Small of Michigan, Joanna (Clint) Bassham of Lawrenceburg, and Jennifer (Brent) Bassham of Spring Hill; brothers: Roger (Jan) Small of Michigan and Ron (Deb) Small of Knoxville; sisters: Kathy Gaskin of Arizona and Ruth Burgess of Michigan; and sixteen grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family, Johnny, Timmy, Joe, Gabriel, T.J., and Clint.
