Tony Lee Mckinney

Tony Lee McKinney, age 63, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Bill Webb officiating. Following the service, he will be laid to rest in Hardison Cemetery where Tony’s family and friends will serve as pallbearers. A visitation will also be held on Thursday from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on September 6, 1960, in Columbia, Tennessee, Tony was the son of the late Thomas Larry McKinney and the late Joyce Ann Martin McKinney. He was an enthusiastic Tennessee sports fan who loved semi-trucks and enjoyed watching westerns.

He is survived by his wife, Lenora McKinney, children, Brianda Redden of Missouri, Jennifer (Al) Carmel of Missouri, Stephaney McKinney of Missouri, Matthew McKinney of Missouri, and Hailey McKinney of Nashville, TN, siblings, Thomas Larry (Tammy) McKinney, Jr. of Hohenwald, TN, Mark Allen (Stephanie) McKinney of Culleoka, TN, Vickie (Gary) Campbell of Columbia, TN, Nancy Campbell of Columbia, TN, Lisa McKinney Crawford of Texas, Sarah (Shach) Williams of Texas, Amanda McKinney of Texas, special “mom”, Peggy McKinney Holcomb,  step brothers, Troy McRae of Texas and Adam McRae of Missouri, a very special aunt, Nell Knolton, and eleven grandchildren.
